He uses this black blade named "Kundiman" (the name is ironic to its function since Kundiman is a filipino music for courtship and love)
Basically this sword, when slashed to an opponent, would turn the blood into pitch black in color, especially when he is angry. The other hidden characteristics of this sword and his skills remain mystery for a while...
